Global Online Access to Legal Information (GOALI)

GOALI, or Global Online Access to Legal Information, is a legal database offering free or low-cost online access to legal resources and training to support developing countries through the Research4Life program. This public-private partnership is spearheaded by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and involves Brill Nijhoff, the ILO’s International Training Centre, and academic partners like Cornell Law School Library and Yale Law School’s Lillian Goldman Law Library. Together, they aim to bridge legal information gaps, enhance educational resources, and improve access to essential legal materials for research and capacity building in regions with limited access.
