The HINARI Access to Research in Health Programme, developed by WHO in partnership with major publishers, provides free or affordable online access to an extensive range of biomedical and related social sciences literature for nonprofit institutions in developing countries. This initiative grants low- and middle-income nations access to one of the largest global collections in health and biomedical research, including around 13,000 journals in multiple languages, 29,000 e-books, and 70 additional information resources. Over 100 countries, areas, and territories benefit, aiding thousands of healthcare professionals and researchers in advancing global health.
