Zihadur Rahman has completed both his Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Information Science and Library Management from the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He is currently serving as an Assistant Library Officer at Uttara University in Dhaka. With a strong foundation in library management systems, digital literacy, and knowledge sharing, he has gained practical experience in various aspects of library operations and resource management. His expertise includes the use of KOHA for circulation processing and cataloguing. He is deeply passionate about research, particularly in integrating technology with traditional library services to enhance user experience and improve access to information.
